  UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and she apologized and tool accountability for the errors. She also said changes will be implemented on November 1 to make things better. She asked for one more chance to make things right and finish the work. Fingers crossed. Technicians are nice, knowledgeable and friendly but the customer service and front office is astoundingly horrible. Their scheduling system is archaic, they don't return phone calls and it takes forever to schedule a technician. They've come to my house four times because of their errors. Save yourself the trouble and go with somebody else!
