  Losey service treated us like we were idiots. Told him what the manager had told us and he treated us like we were insane, he didn't know what we were told and wasn't going to believe us and wouldn't look up our account And we've been customers for 15 years or so.

  I had a app that i could not delete. It just copied its self over every time i tried to send it away to lu lu land. The young guy in the store just got rid of them but didnot show me how. So, i asked him to slow Down and tell me the protocol for that action. Now i know how to do it myself; until the next program update.

  The customer service that Michael the DM provided at this location was the best customer service I have ever received. I live on the westside of town and was in the area for work. Highly recommend this location.
